feeds and stuff

Tobias Bengfort requested to merge feeds-and-stuff into main

Hugo apparently generates RSS feeds automatically. I cleaned that up a bit by referencing them from the HTML and removing the global feed.

While at it I also cleaned up some things that had changes since I last worked on the code.
